This is an English mid century wooden or treen bobbin or spindle made in the 1950s in Birmingham, England from a closed factory turned into a decorative item. The tapering bobbin measures 7.5 inches long and is lightly grooved metal wire coils at the base. These reproduction bobbins are great decorative items that are very popular in country decorating. A great decorating accent
