This is a piece of antique lace trim dating 1900-1920s. The lace came from England from a trim collection we acquired and measures 4 inches high by 45 inches long and probably trimmed a slip or night dress. The lace is made of satin stitch flowers embroidered on a machine made point ground mesh. There are no holes and only one yellowish quarter sized stain. A beautiful survival.
