This is a souvenir foreign costume doll of a woman playing a musical instrument made in Taiwan by Wang Chao Chun. The tourist doll is made of molded cloth. The native costume doll measures 10.5 inches high, has a wooden base and dowel support and is made of pressed and painted cloth. The musician has silky clothes, a wooden instrument with strings, glued thread hair and the most wonderful individually molded fingers. She was brought home from from a far east in the 1960s. The doll is in excellent condition. |
