This is an antique brass figural cigar cutter in the shape of a girl or child child sitting on a chamber pot. The pocket or fob cigar cutter was made in the USA between 1890-1910 and is marked PATENTD on the handle. The cigar cutter measures 1.5 inches high by 1 inch long by .5 inch wide and is in very good working order with great patina. A part of the pot base is worn slightly at the bottom rim. It looks like a dent, but there are no dents or damage. A very rare piece.
