This is a gorgeous cup and saucer made by Castleton, USA between 1941-1972.The creamy white bone china cup and saucer is in the pattern called Aria and features a gold laurel leaf and flower border design with burnished, heavy gold beaded rims, trim and cup foot. The cup is 2.25 inches high by 4 in diameter, the saucer is 6.75 in diameter and the design is influenced by the Rosenthal designers working at Castleton in the 1940s. The cup and saucer are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. A gorgeous and luxe design. |
