This is a bone china mug designed to commemorate the Royal Wedding in 1973 of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Philips by Crown Staffordshire, England. The embossed bone china mug measures 3.75 inches high by 3.5 inches in diameter and has a pretty design of the bride and groom in artist profiles surrounded by laurel wreaths with a dedication on the back and inside. The symbols of a horseshoe and riding crops are included, as both competed in the equestrian events on a world level and the Olympics. The wedding mug is in excellent, mint condition. Princess Anne, now the Princess Royal is the second child and only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II. |
