This is a neat 1930-1940s English silver plate 6 slice toast rack I brought home from England recently. The toast holder is unmarked with 4 ball feet and has a Gothic arch design. The toast rack or toast holder measures 5 inches high at the highest point by 5 long by 2.5 wide. The toast rack is in excellent condition and has no plate loss. Toast racks also make very decorative letter racks, mail holders or napkin holders. A very cute and useful piece.
