This is a necklace made of an English hallmarked sterling silver watch fob with the marks for Birmingham, England 1927 and manufacturer FHA&C.; The watch fob is a shield shape with a crown top with a 10kt gold area for a monogram which is blank. The entire fob has been hand engraving throughout. The watch fob measures 1.25 inch high by 1 inch wide and the chain is a sterling silver 18 inch rope chain. A neat piece of nostalgia and history and are now experiencing a revival as fashion jewelry! Fob necklaces were featured in Victoria and Country Living magazines.
