Do you collect clothing buttons? Interested in buttons but want to know more? Are you an advanced collector looking to discuss the market with other collectors around the globe? If so, join ButtonBytes, the button discussion group sponsored by TIAS.

Here are some things you should know before you join:

Joining this list means you'll be added to an email list of other button collectors. Members receive email from the group more or less right away, depending on volume. Most days, there are 75 to 100 messages; on heavy days, there can be close to 200 or more.

All mail is sent to a central address and is distributed by the list software. Anything sent to the central address is posted to everyone on the list.

Typically, there are a couple of ongoing 'threads' (email conversations) going on about various button-related topics. All the email should be button related.

This group has a FAQ (a list of "frequently asked questions") containing information about how the group is run. Everyone who subscribes gets a copy of the FAQ upon joining. It's important to read and be aware of what is in this document, including information on subscribing and unsubscribing.

To join, simply email: [email protected]
Subject Header: Buttons
First line of text type: Subscribe buttons (Please provide your given name as well as your email address.)

Its that simple! We'd love to have you join us.
