The design is a fabulous unamed pattern which is often called Bird And Grapes, with hand colored enamel over transfer a high luster finish Shelley called Spano Lustra, a famous finish and style developed by Frederick Rhead when he was art director of Wileman Shelley.
The large candleholder measures 3.25 inches high by 7 inches long and is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and only some gold trim wear. Very decorative, collectible and rarely seen.
The bottom of the candleholder has his initial F.
