Edwardian Sterling Silver Lid Perfume Sal Volatile Bottle Hand Engraved 1902 Repousse

This is an antique English sterling silver hallmarked perfume bottle or sal volatile bottle with a hand made repousse floral lid made in 1902 by Charles E. Williams, Birmingham, England.

The perfume bottle measures 3.25 inches high by 1.5 inches by 1 inch in a faceted paneled design with what looks to be an original cork.

The bottle and lid are in very good +++ used vintage condition with some minor lid denting a some minor internal cloudiness in a few places as shown in the photos, and a tight working hinge.

A very elegant item from the Downton Abbey era...Lady Mary would have loved it!
