This is a pretty pair of English silver plate EPNS sugar tongs or sugar nips with spoon ends.

The sugar tongs were made during the Edwardian era 1900-1910s and have a pretty feather or fern design on both sides.

They measure 4.5 inches long and are a lovely way to drop that lump of sugar into your teacup.
