This is a large Mappin and Webb, England silver plated Gothic design vintage cruet, mustard or jam with a cobalt blue ceramic liner made in the 1940s.
The large mustard pot with a hinged lid and Gothic cutouts is 3 inches high by 2.5 inches in diameter.
The mustard, jam or cruet is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks, and no noticeable plate loss, but has been used.
A beautiful example and an elegant addition to your afternoon tea, dining or luncheon table.
