This is a Shelley China, England bone china master open salt, salt dip or small decorative bowl in a Crested China style made 1912-1925 in the Ludlow shape.
The reeded side small bowl measures 1 inch high by 3 inches in diameter and has the high relief hand painted on transfer crest of the Fitzwilliams Family In Mablethorpe Church.
Mablethorpe is an eastern English seaside resort and the dish was made for W. Dale, Lindum House, Mablethorpe.
The small crested ware bowl or open salt is in excellet used vintage condition and a wonderful piece for Shelley collectors or collectors of Crested ware china souvenir ware.
