Shelley Cup And Saucer Rose Pansy Forget Me Nots Stratford 1950s
This is a cup and saucer made by Shelley China, England in the Rose Pansy And Forget Me Not floral chintz pattern and the unusual Stratford shape number 13424 with blue trim.
The pretty bone china cup is 2.25 inches high by 4 in diameter and the saucer is 5.75 inches in diameter with a molded scalloped shape.
The Stratford shape is one of my favorites, but it isn't often seen, and I think it's under appreciated.
The cup and saucer was made between 1950-1966 when the pottery closed and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
I love it!
