This is a wonderful Shelley China of England 10.75 inch in diameter dinner, rack or cabinet plate in the rarely seen England's Charm pattern # 13011 in the Gainsborough or Henley shape 1939-1945.
The outer rim is a lovely green with an overlay of gold filigree and gold trim.
The design is a lovely English rural landscape. Beautiful.
The rack plate is in very good +++ condition with no chips, cracks and only tiny signs of wear.
The pretty Shelley plate is lovely as well as rarely seen.
