This is a souvenir tea caddy spoon or scoop with a clock bowl, finial shaped like a teapot and an enamel shield of Minehead, Devon as a finial which includes a sailing ship relating to it's long maritime history with the word Wool, denoting where much of it's wealth derived.
The brass caddy spoon was made 1920-1930s measures 3 inches long and is in very good +++ used vintage condition.
Tea caddy spoons were small spoons or scoops popularized by the Victorians to lock inside a tea caddy or tea canister with the precious and expensive tea they were used to scoop.
