This is a souvenir tea caddy spoon or scoop with a round bowl and an enamel shield of Torquay, Devon as a finial which includes a sailing ship relating to it's long maritime history.

The brass caddy spoon was made 1930s by Peerless, Birmingham, measures 3 inches long and is in very good +++ used vintage condition.
