Victorian Kniferest English EPNS Silver Plate Barley Twist Bar Fancy Ends 1890-1910
This is a wonderful Victorian or Edwardian English EPNS silver plate knife rest I got in England recently.
The ends have a fancy vaguely triangular cut out or reticulated shape ends and wonderful barley twist bar.
The attractive knife or cutlery holder measures 3 inches long by 1.25 inches high by 2 inches wide. The knife rest is in very +++ used vintage condition.
The knife rest was made between 1890-1910 during the Victorian or Edwardian eras and is a very decorative as well as practical to keep the tablecloth clean.
