Wedgwood Jasperware Clip Earrings Sterling Silver Terracotta English Hallmarks 1979 JW
This is pair of Wedgwood, England terra cotta jasperware button earrings with a classical theme of Jupiter and his cupbearer Ganymede, with Jupiter in the shape of an eagle in original box with leaflet.
The elegant jasperware clip earrings have sterling silver fittings.
The earrings measure .5 inch in diameter and are hallmarked for JW, Birmingham 1979 and have the applied cream jasperware on terracotta jasperware.
The earrings are in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks, wear or other damage.
The clips are tight.
The box is original, but shows some wear and a bend in the internal cardboard holding the velvet pad.
