This is a Wedgwood, England dark blue jasperware lidded box in an hexagonal shape in a pattern called Cupid Asleep.
The box was made in 1973 and features applied white daisies on the side panels, the classical group Cupid Asleep on the top and a husk wreath border.
The jasper box measures 2.5 inches high by 3.5 inches in diameter.
The box is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or missing design.
A lovely addition to desk, bedroom, vanity or bathroom.
I love practical items that are pretty as well.
