This is a Willow pattern 10 inch in diameter brown transferware or transfer ware dinner plate hand colored in several colors called polchrome.
The plate was made by Brown and Ritchie, Ltd, England, and titled Oriental Gardens.
The plate was made 1920-1930s and is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks but has crazing which is normal for this pottery's glaze from that era.
A very decorative plate with a pretty variation of a popular pattern.
