Shelley Sandwich Cake Plate Art Deco Vogue Mode Shape 1940s Serving Plate
This is a Shelley China, England art deco cake, sandwich or tea serving plate in the Vogue or Mode shape in an unnamed pattern number 12955 with gold trim.
The pattern is brown transfer flowers like lilies or yellow violets on white with pale blue bands and hand painted enamel accents.
The sandwich, tea or cake plate was made 1940-1966.
The plate measures 8.25 inches high by 9.75 inches wide. The plate is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear. Perfect for goodies at afternoon tea!
