This is a 1930s souvenir tea caddy spoon, tea leaf spoon or tea scoop for Buckfast Abbey, England which is Benedictine abbey in Devon that was founded in 1018.

The molded brass tea caddy spoon or tea scoop has a round bowl, applied handle and finial and has the registered number dating it to 1929.  

The tea caddy spoon or tea leaf spoon measures 3.5 inches long with a 1.75 inches in diameter bowl.

The Buckfast Abbey tea scoop is in very good +++ used vintage condition and was obviously loved and used.
